I have noexperience with their field gear. So I can not make a recomendation in this regard. Most of what I use for living history is original stuff. A couple of our guys got some boots from a scource in Southern California and they were murder on the feet. This is why I recomend getting the Corcorans.

The folks at At the front are fairly amenable types. i would give them a call and discuss my concerns with them and find out what there return policy is. If you get something you do not like you might be able to return it.

I was also hoping some of the other guys would step in here and contribute.
