Subject: someone who knew my father - Jimmy Ferguson

I'm looking for someone who might have know whether my father was in the 505th before he ended up in the 507th when the 82nd got back to England before D-Day. His separation papers said he was in Co. G of the 507th, but they also say that he was in "battles and campaigns" that took him to Naples, Rhineland, Sicily, Rome and Arno, and got him the European African Middle Eastern Service Medal.
He went to Jump school at Ft. Benning in July 1942, then departed for MTO in Apr. 43. He went to ETO Apr. 44, and came home Sept. 45. His military specialty was listed as message center chief. His full name was James Thomas Ferguson. Anybody know how I can find someone who may have known him? Thanks.
