Subject: CAREFUL with sewing flags to jackets!

FYI-
I had a 48-star flag sewen to my M-43 jacket by a seamstress. I decided recently to remove it for obvious reasons (what the HELL was I thinking anyway?). When I did, I found strips of tape had discolored the jacket, it was fabric tac, something like that.
The people who did it were not apologetic at all, even suggested I "buy a new jacket."
Well, I finally got it off, took it to a decent dry cleaner. So, $13 later, lesson leanred, SEW YOUR OWN DARNED FLAGS ON!
