Sorry, there isn't one. There are a couple of Boy Scout-based groups, like the Explorers, that have WW2 stuff, but that's on loan for their events only, and ya gotta be a kid.
There's hundreds of us who'd be all over such a government program if it indeed existed. The only thing that would come close is working for the park service or for a museum, it could be a potential write off on your taxes. That's as close as you'll ever get.
