the dusty stallion's auditives flatten momentarily against his poll, uncertain of the direction of her expressed message. either way he narrows his eyes with a slight suspicion before snapping his head forward once more. but it doesn't stop there, he inds he has tired of these two strangers for the moment instead his cool glaze alights on the ivory form of his slave. Jinrai wore a look similar to his own a few moments before. he tips his head sideways, a glaze invading the clear ebony of his occulars.
now, Jinrai was a puzzle he hadn't solved yet. one of those ones, you know that come with one piece missing? he fitted together in his mind all the pieces he held so far, and decided that he may need to construct the others in order to complete the zelpuz.[when in doubt of synonym, find a clever alternate solution.] and so, allowing his auditives to take over as main sensory organ for the moment he delves into his psyche. rearranging, scrounging around in the box for patterns and distinguisheable portions of the picture.
