Frozen Dreams

He kept his walls, looking down on the mare from his haven at the top of stone towers. His heart had cooled. like magma that flowed own the rock face to mold itself againt stone. his heart was gone. so the emptiness in his eyes was the only thing for it. the indifference he felt toward friendship was obvious. but there was something. a niche in the walls. a tiny fissure. his darkening coat threw shadows over his chiseled features. his vanity won out. every time. he stood placidly during her inspection, giving nothing. even his voice, while the words were kind held no trace of warmth or friendliness, or anything at all alluring. and by giving nothing he gave everything. he was all there was. the life of solitude while surrounded by multitudes.

nd yours as well Extremes, i'm sure the Valley will be happy to have you.
