Frozen Dreams

there was no way to diguise the fact that he was limping. his cannon was snapped. pretty badly from the way the bone ends ground together. that phina... the thought set off his temper again and he had to pause, collect himself before he walked toward the king, walking as tall as he could, the flashes of pain that shot up his leg like needles didn't reach his face, indeed he showe no sign he was in pain at all. one might have wuestioned why he was limping, except that the foreleg was swollen to twice it's natural size.
Drawing level with the King Frozen Dreams dipped his crania in greeting and recognition of authority.

i have a suggestion, Malussin. Make Aeriel your Gamma mare. she's promising. and excellently played. and i've her word she'll be active. in the very lest consider her.

His optics of blood were cold as Frozen Dreams approached. Fangs clenched and relaxed behind concealing flaps, and perked lobes flexed uncertainly between directions. He had watched the fight. It had taken all of his will to not halt it in its tracks. Now it took all of his will to not to snap at the other, and his optics burned with the emotion.

"She will be considered."

His gaze, mellowing slightly, falled to the swollen limb. "You will need that to be cared for. Why don't we send that promising mare of yours for DOL? On the way she can get herself healed also." His tone seemed almost void of what was occurring simultaneously within his mind.

[> Subject: Also... don't worry. Even if you did play her I wouldn't mind. She won't be considered by only the fight.

Frozen Dreams

Bowing crania in thanks he kept his eyes on the ground. realising now the childish action he'd been provoked to. not only was his fore-leg completely useless but his ego had a giant gaping hole, through which its contents were quickly pouring, even now as he scrambled to hold himself together, physically his body sagged under the invisible burden as well as the exhaustion that seemed to be an addition to gravity, causing him to sink into the fresh earth. he muttered a thank you and turned away, limping back toward his hill and it's funny little tree.
