the ebony mare approached, the silver that scrambled so recklessly
across her hindquaters and huanches shining in the fading light of
the sun. her gaze fell upon the other female, and in a way that was
most uncharacteristic of her, she smiled. a steady trot brough
her before the other, at which point her mug tipped towards the earth
in greetings. she'd seen this particular mare about before and had
wanted to talk with her, and now that the opportunity presented
itself, she grasped it happily.
