Yes... the best defense against this SARS virus is keeping healthy so that your immunity system is not weak... healthy in body, mind and spirit. The more we fear it, the more we attract it. If our mind-set is such that we believe we are immune, we will be immune! I have a friend working in HK who just emailed me that in an attempt to keep healthy and resistant to SARs, she started jogging... this was a big suprise! Because in all the years I've known her, she never once went jogging nor exercised! So, in an ironic way, maybe this SARs can even be a wake-up call to keep healthy!
