Subject: A poem to the Buffyverse

I loved writing poetry a while ago and I havent for a while but I wrote this, please be gentle...

The stage is set, final bow
The scene is ready to be played for now
An end comes to this epic show
Like a child i will cry, the end being my foe.

An early age I do remember
that I learned of lifes eternal tether
When I watched on Tuesday nights
a life lesson within my sight

Seven years for I have spent
growing into an adulthood gent
all the time watching and learning
this world alive in my head burning

through tough times and hard times
it still remains the same,
seven years and now comes the pain
it is the end, or is it for me?

rough times have come their way
and mine if you look
when mommy died or she alike
a part of me crumbled on those days

happier times have surfaced though
not talking or a musical show
winning not weeping when the evil is gone
but in the end, we are here with a dramatic tone

you've taught me much, i dare do say
away you must go i wish you to stay
but in the end all good things must end
and good feelings and thanks I send

Goodbye my slayer go into the light
Goodbye my friends weep not into the night
I will miss you all so dear to see
but the buffyverse will live still dear slayer
