    A sniffly Wyvern had a Firsty with some Ridam snark for JSlayerUK. Sleeper went “Back to the Beginning” with Bowen and earned a consolation cookie and a vamp smiley of welcome. Drake had a long song list and Spuffy wishes. Horty held on to ARWAHE hope, and was outed to ME by Greenstone. Chani boo-hooed to Tom McRae’s Human Remains, causing ARN to break down. Denorios summed up the seasons with a hard choice between R.E.M. and Queen. BadPenguin kept the Spaith and quoted Freddy Mercury’s “We are the Champions”. PJzallday had soggy group hugs. Michelle went for another Michelle’s “Goodbye to You”. SpikedPeaches was in a Spangely mood and couldn’t choose just one song. A not-dead-yet NJ dropped by. Lipbalm Addict slaved away while ‘shipping. BtVSRocks added a vote to “Goodbye to You”. Greenstone chose the Stones’ Satisfaction before sharing mushrooms with Horty. Spikeycomfort was said there wasn’t more to Joyles. Ex Cathedrea had GHOST wishes for Spike. Morgain got behynde The Pretenders “I’ll Stand By You”. Cherry-red Ancientpeas had Spordo wishes and Queen’s “Who Wants to Live Forever?” Ex Cathedra was ready to go with Sprusilla … it’s healthier.

Thinking a little more about the question and knowing I will be having to dash off soon, and miss the board loving, I love all my Buffy guides, the watchers guides and the snarky ones. But my favorite pictures I have is my screensaver which is a cartoon version of all the first year characters. So well done, I've had it for ages and I can't remember where I got it. But it makes me smile every morning when I turn the computer on.

Sharkey, will there be a DSN tomorrow? So very traumatized thinking there won't.

Ohhhhh dear... I have a big Italian exam tomorrow, so tonight, I'm doing my 'Italian work' again ;-)
I'm feeling strangely fine about it all although I know for certain that I don't know (or understand) everything, so I think it might just be denial, or 'Sunnydale Fever' as it's also known. AotD: Well, I'll cling to too many pictures to name. But, oddly, the picture that will stay in my mind for a while is one that never existed: my little Sound of Music fantasy ending of BtVS (kind of like OMWF II), where they sing "So Long, Farewell," and at the end, little Buffy sings, "The sun has gone to bed and so must I," and lays her head down on the stair at Casa Summers, and everyone (because *everyone* lives!) stands on the steps waving and singing, "Goodbye... Goodbye... Goodbye!" while Angel and Spike together gently carry a sleepy Buffy up the stairs...

a)Hmmmm...well, I would say that the character of Lester Burnham from the film American Beauty was portrayed as Mr Average.

Do you get Eastenders in NZ? Not really international & also v dull.

b) I keep thinking of that Jerry Maguire film. But he ended up ditching the company line and leaving. Who else, can't think...

I'm meant to be coming up with ideas of how we can give little scenarios to describe theory...and I want to do it from a media point of view, so that people can see it easier...

Last night someone said something about they thought they could see the set on one of the scenes...I'm thinking it was Xander's shot....I hope that he hasn't thrown in some deep meaningful, POV, postmodernism stuff that is so hard to find most of us don't get it...Wish I could see it...

...toothy. I think the difficulty is that all the creative people that write about BtVS may be rather disillusioned if the finale is not of the Shakespearian quality we hoped it could be. Hmmmmm....for guys it must be like a football match where you know your team is good enough but they fail to score. Or just miss the mark. Who knows...maybe he got overly impassioned as I think he was just about to watch the finale. Kinda the stage I was at on Saturday when I read JW comments about the finale giving us a 'beautiful feminist message'. Which made me rather disillusioned about the ideology behind the show or something.

Depends on how they are deciding to play Spike.

If, he turns up shanshu, but maybe with some residue of Vamp / Champion (JSlay now has me cringeing when I write the word *LOL*) power - he's got to be on the side of good....

The show is going to be light some comic relief... Lorne and Fred are occasionally used, but they can't be used as the but of all put downs and faux pas... that needs an Anya / Andrew / Harmony type character.

I know Jane Epenson loved writing for Harmony because it was such a rich comic vein...

From the ashes crawls a worm, which matures into an adult phoenix.
