Hello all I haven't posted in a long time and just thought I would check in and say Hello and update you all on what's going on with my crew.

I am so excited, Tony passed his test to become a therapy dog and we are starting to visit nursing homes and adult day care centers. He LOVES it and is doing so good. he has many fans and everyone LOVES him... He loves it so much that he doesn't want to leave when the time comes. He is so gentle with all the elderly people and he just adores all the attention he gets. He has no fears of walkers, wheel chairs and loud screaming wacky people don't even phase him... He is perfect for the job and we love doing it. I encourage anyone with the right dog, to give it a try as its so rewarding and people just love when you come to visit them....

Tigra is hanging on, but its tough. she often is very weak in the mornings and sometimes stumbles and collapses as she is to weak to even stand up, but once her medication kicks in, she is good to go. its so sad and hard on me when she is having her episodes but all I can do at this point is pray to god that she continues to do well. she gets her cardio check up every month and we are now on a 3 month schedule so I just pray every day she hangs on. she is so spry still and loves to go for walks and play Frisbee. we do everything carefully and slowly with her as we don't want her to over exert herself but she still is a hard one to keep down!

Bean is great, she had hard mast cell removals done last month and we got good clean margins so that is great news for her. she has lost some weight and is looking very good. she was up to 84lbs and is now at 73lbs so my vet is VERY happy about that... She is becoming more and more friendly with strangers and is actually coming out of her room and visiting when I have friends over, so that is good news. she is still very fearful and skittish but so much better than she used to be. She is so loving and sweet and just wants to be surrounded by pillows, comfy beds and the sun. she loves laying in the sun in front of her window. when its cold out we find that she doesn't want to play outside and would rather keep warm and cozy and stay inside with her mother. We try and encourage her to play and exercise more but she just can't stand the cold weather. she is after all a California girl! Its been really nice here, in the high 60's every day so we are moving into spring very quickly here. The weather really isn't to bad here, we only had 2 days that were in the low 20's. Normally its in the 40-50's so its pretty mild here weather wise..

Anyhow that's it for now, I hope you are all doing well and that your fur kids are to!

Lisa
