Thats the new PEPC pre employment something center... i cant remember right now. They are going to do the interview first, give you your tentative offer to where they want you to go. You say yes, you will continue your testing for the day. Say no... you leave and they will contact you with another offer. Then you and your interviewer will follow you around get to know you for the entire day while you finish off all of the testing.
Even if you dont like what they give you, you can always say yes to get the ball rolling and fight to get another facility, my friend and i both did this fairly easily.
