Enroute - You will never see a plane again but it is generally the faster way to get paid the good money.

Terminal - If you go to a tower then you will get to see planes. Also depending on the level of the facility the pay will be either good or not so good. Also if you go to a TRACON facility then you will not see a plane either but they are generally busy and you will get paid well.

Me personally I am at a Enroute facility and although after going through UND I knew little about this option but I have enjoyed it so far. The workload is probably similar between the two unless you are at a low level terminal facility.

Go either way you want, personally I would just accept the first offer i got unless if was in the middle of Podunk, North Dakota. AHAHAHAHA
