The first one is easy (I think, unless I'm totally wrong):

Mel Gibson was in "Lethal Weapon 4" with Jet Li, who was in "Romeo Must Die" with Aliyah.

Dunno who Michael Rosenbaum is, so I can't tell you how he might or might not connect to Julia Stiles. I'll think about the other one.
