All this in the span of a second, and then the aorta. Exposed organs convulse twice more, weakly before laying still. They become whiter as blood drains away, then they become cold, almost frozen by the still freezing tempatures. Slowly, the cold melts away, dying with Shadow in her mortal form. Now was the begining of her life as an Undead, a soulless creature. As the change takes place, new features come. The opening closes, the organs retreat. It looks younger, youthfull. Behind closed lids eyes become dark, behind closed lips, eye teeth elongate.....*
