IN cases like this, thinking is dangerous. Thinking leads to feelings, which leads to remorse, which leads to herself not being able to do it when the time comes. Doesn't repress the shudder this time, images of decapitated corpses, with stakes through their hearts. Beautiful, but horrible in death.*
