As to Dick Moore remember the time in Fally when he was a Sgt in 18 Bty one morning when he came to take troop parade, the lads in 18 Bty lined up a number of sprouts, with a cabbage in front, as that was Dick's nickname cabbage.
The last time I saw him was in my last regiment, he came as RSM 22 Air Defence. I understand he got his commission after that.
