Wes, I have a vague recollection of this character. The RSM wanted him off the plot,but like a boomerang this character just kept coming back!...A battle of Will's developed between him and the 'Jolly Green Giant'. I know that we were reluctant to get involved between these two!...I'm sure a suitable compromise was finally reached as Pat Lewis was a man who would listen if you had balls enough to confront him,and given sufficent amount of time would come up with an alternative suitable to both parties in question. Why do you think he made Brigadier! He was a hard man to like,but take it from me, a fair man all the same. A better RSM I never had, I never liked the bastard but I respected him and to this day!.Lennie would have been alright because he knew that he would have a new challange to overcome every four months!.....Don't you think?....A tramp he may have been,but a fool!...No way!....
