The end of sonnet 130 describes the thoughts of Shakespeare, he feels that this woman is special and he indeed accepts the fact that he apparently loves her. Even though throughout the rest of the sonnet he describes someone who is less than beautiful and someone he despises.

As far as I can tell, he doesn't use Iambic Pentameter correctly throughout the entire sonnet. But, I never could keep such a natural beat as "da-DUM, da-DUM, da-DUM" so I could be wrong, probably am in fact.
