Subject: Interrogation and Consolation

(ooc, this is after the last rp, still before hangover)

"I'm responsible" Vic says, this time in the interrogation room of the Juno Police department. "How so?" A lady from Internal Affaris asks. "It was my operation. I shouldn't have let him go inside that house." Vic replied.

"Terry asked to be let in" She replies. "He wasn't ready for this" Vic says. The Internal Affairs lady opens a folder. "Two Commendations, 8 years in robbery, a medal of valor, sounds like to me he was ready."

"Strike Team is different." Vic says. "How so?" She asks. "We knock down the doors other cops don't want to. My guys accept the risks because they know I will take care of them. Anything else is unacceptable." Vic says.

A few minutes later...

"It looks like Vic and his cowboys went in undermanned, with a half ass plan and managed to get a guy killed." Vic overhears Det. Wagenbach saying to Offcier Dani Sofer.
Vic says nothing and heads into the break room.

Vic opens the fridge, then pauses. He then feels a hand on his shoulder. "I'd know those fingernails anywhere" Vic says. He turns and sees Dani standing there. "How are you feeling?" Dani asks. "I lost a man last night. I don't like it." Vic says. "Well, if you ever need to talk or anything. You can count on me" Dani says. "Thanks" Vic says smiling.
