Subject: Bogus Complaint

In a remote part of the Juno Ghetto, Miguel Esteyana is working on his car. Miguel gets pulled out by Vic and Shane. "Hey Miguel, how's the car?" Vic asked. Miguel gets a worried look on his face "It's leaking oil" He replies.

"You must be a pretty handy guy with all these tools" Vic says. "I don't see any pliers though" Shane says. "Miguel isn't too fond of pliers...." Vic says "...where's your lawyer Miguel?"

Later back at the station.....

Vic leaves the ladies room after washing his hands. He sees Aceveda waiting for him. "Miguel Esteyana dropped his complaint against you" Aceveda says. "Told you it was bogus" Vic replies.

"I'd like your incident report on my desk first thing tomorrow" Aceveda says as he goes up the stairs to his office. "It'll be a couple of days. I've got something on the back burner" Vic replies. "Tomorrow" Aceveda says again.

"You'll get my report in a few days, maybe a week. You don't like the timetable you take it up with Gilroy" Vic says raising his voice. "I don't have to, In this building, I'm in charge" Aceveda replies.

"Well maybe in your own mind amigo, but in the real world I don't answer to you. Not today, not tomorrow, noe even on Cinco De Mayo" Vic says as he walks into his office. Aceveda glaring at him the whole way
