Subject: Spring Break

In Panama City Beach, Florida. Kave Blackwell and his frat brothers are the judges of a wet t shirt contest. Kave pumps the super soaker and sprays a University of Florida girl. The crowd cheers as she is declared the winner.

Back at the hotel....

Kave's brothers watch as he downs six beers in rapid succession. Then does a body shot off of another college girl's chest.

"Man..." Tommy says "...ever since the RWF shut down the parties have been more frequent and the women quantity has gone up." Kave laughs at that. "Oh hell yeah" Kave syas.

"But hey man, what is the RWF re-opens?" Tommy says. Kave pauses, then laughs. "Nah.."the laughter continues for a while. Kave does a jello shooter then talks again. "The state that Juno was in when we left, I doubt that the RWF will ever re-open" Kave says.

Back at the frat house....

The mail on the floor piles up as the days go by. The mailman shoves more mail into the slot. Some of it drops on to the RWF manilla envelope sitting on the floor.
