Jade chuckled softly when Erlic said, "The fun hasn't even begun yet." She accepted his help up and grinned, wiping her hands on her pants. "So it would seem," she replied, her eyes darting to the opening beneath the altar.

Several people needed to rest up a bit, it seemed, before they could investigate what might be down there. "I suppose there will be more monsters to fight down there," she said with a sly smile, nudging Erlic. "I hope whatever's down there is worthy of all this fuss."

She watched as Tristan and Marz decided to go exploring on their own, a frown creasing her brow. "Hey! C'mon!" She grabbed Erlic's hand and tugged him toward the stairway. But just as they got there, Tristan and Marz came running back up looking rather pale. She scrambled back out of the way.

"What? What's down there?" She asked them, curiosity burning in her eyes.
