Subject: How about some music?

Since no one was passing out any alcohol, Jeremy pulled out two more cans of Pepsi, handing one to Saras. He hated coffee, and the java they served on this world left an even worse taste in his mouth. Next time they visited a city, he'd have to remember to buy a skin of wine or ale for himself now that he had some money to spend. He accepted the plate of fish and rice from Erlic then turned his attention to Saras.

When he said he was easily the prettiest of all the genies, Jeremy nodded his head in agreement. "You're the prettiest person I've ever met, and that's no lie!" He returned Saras' happy smile then snuffed out his cigarette and dug into his food while listening to the rest of what he had to say. His eyes widened when he learned that genies were made of fire and sand because that was hard to conceive, especially since Saras looked so very human!

Jeremy really didn't think it was fair that genies were only created to grant wishes because that sounded like a form of slavery to him. Of course he didn't say anything to Saras about that since he didn't want to hurt his feelings. He seemed pretty happy about being a genie who lived only to grant wishes so why would he want to go and spoil things for him anyway, by stating how he felt on the matter?

Jeremy's eyes widened with interest when Saras said something about showing his previous master something that he called dreaming. Most of the things the genie told him sounded rather confusing but that was only because he couldn't understand some of the concepts. When Saras fell silent, Jeremy gulped down the rest of his fish then pulled his CD player out from his pack. "I bet none of your other masters had one of these!" he chirped.

Thanks to the magic Mad Max had placed on his bag, his batteries kept recharging every night! Jeremy loaded the machine with a Metallica CD then placed the headphones over the genie's ears. A moment later the heavy metal music came blasting forth. Jeremy pulled one of the phones off Saras' ear and shouted so that he could hear him. "Hey! Can you show that dreaming stuff the way you showed it to your previous master?"
