對於目前香港的情況而言，我感到指責、
埋怨、嘲諷、依賴別人或政府的安排
(如等待派口罩)...都是削減彼此力量的，
作為自尊自重的人，我們要愛己愛人，
我有時感到疑惑，人人破口大罵政府，
到最後誰人得益？這個疾病在今之前
未曾發生過，我想要對抗實在不易，
似乎時至今日，政府怎樣做都是挨罵，
不竟總有些人很努力地幹吧。在這危急
關頭，香港市民要做的，我想是自重重
人，多些表達支持、關心...等正面態度
我深感受到可怕的不是目前的病毒，而是
人心內的負面想法、還有那份自以為是、
欠缺自省的指責態度，才是人的致命傷。
今天，試和身邊的人討論我們可以做些
什麼，而不單問政府或工作部門的高層
該做什麼。
