I'm still not sure Fauxlivia has real feelings for Peter. But I predicted a baby immediately after Peter fell into Fauxlivia's vagenda (btw... I got a copy of that album: Hidden Vagenda - but I haven't listened to it yet.).

Cars on the show had license plates APT6B and 285 KM. Victim #2 was 42 years old.

At Silva's Unit: his unit is number 21, double that and you get 42. Another 42 reference, as Fauxlivia lives in Apartment 21.

In Fauxlivia's Apartment - Two Photos of Steel Bridges - Similar to Broyles? OR was it Walternate.

Is Fauxlivia Drinking Water With a Slice of Lemon instead of wine. In "Over There Pt. 1" or "Over There Pt. 2", I can't recall which, Frank says something to Fauxlivia to the effect of "Now might be a good time to start drinking" and she replies "I would if I could just stand the taste." At the time, if memory serves, Frank was drinking red wine, just like in the scene from this episode. A container of Lemon slices at the counter in the Empire Docking Station? Maybe the water tastes bad in the redverse?

The people who cured Polio/Found DNA in our world also did it in their world.

Obrycki's Crab "Shack" "on the wharf in Annapolis". In our universe, Obrycki's Crab House is in downtown Baltimore. Has altBaltimore been ambered??

Nice detail: the bug is called "Mansohnium Boogliosis" or "the Skelter" beetle. Reference is to Vincent Bugliosi, who prosecuted Charles Manson, and wrote a book called "Helter Skelter" about it. That phrase was taken by Manson from the Beatles song, Helter Skelter; Manson said he got his ideas for a revolution of the black man from the song.

Found this::
Walternate's mistress, Reiko. Her name translates to 'balance child'. Rei is 'law, order, rule, balance' and ko means child. So... Japanese isn't easy; I know some, but I also know that the writers had to have done this on purpose.

Reiko/Josie Packard (Twin Peaks) might mean there will be some complicate cross plots (or do we have that already?). Also.... RE: Twin Peaks: First, John Noble as Walternate somewhat resembles Ray Wise as Leland Palmer; see:

Second, Walternate like Leland Palmer is devastated by the loss of a child.

...

Bisell (bug victim #2) ordering cherry pie at the diner is another Twin Peaks reference.

Could Walternate's mistress be from another universe??

Maybe ours.... or maybe the Yellow-verse??

Might she have been another of Walter's Cortexiphan kids?? And now the US government has sent her into the Redverse to seduce Walternate?!?!?

Well... maybe... !

;-)

Reiko could be a shapeshifter that Walternate is using for sex and whatever....

And I was too lazy to google it up!

I have the feeling that the Walternate/Reiko relationship is similar to Bell/Nina.

But it would be interesting if she were a shapeshifter indeed.

about John Noble sorta looking like Ray Wise. And Leland Palmer actually killed Laura! I wonder if Bob will show up...
I missed the cherry pie reference.

Speaking of music album, the episode made me want to listen to "I want you to want me" again. I loved that song when I was a kid (my sister owned the Cheap Trick album)!

It sounded to me like a country-fied version of the song.

It sounded slowler than the original version.
