Can be a slang term describing a group of USAF (United States Air Force) airmen that were tricked into a job no one else wanted to do. Job such as close in support of Army ground troops (although the Air Force was originally the Army Air Corp).

ROMAD also can stand for "Rough on Mothers and Daughters - meaning Fauxlivia and her Lil'bit?
