hello Kim.

I think you should start with the Tenth doctor, that is season 2 of the new Doctor Who. I am not a big fan of the previous show runner Davies (too much melodramatic moments, sentimentality and plot holes for my taste) but it would help you understand certain things, since Steven Moffat who runs the show now, was already one of the show writers then (and he wrote the ebst episodes of the Davies era!), and there's some stuff he keeps winking at...

But if you don't want to go back to season 2, you can start with the Eleventh Doctor, that is season 5, but at least watch "Blink" which is a terrific episode from season 3 (Moffat's best so far,a pure masterpiece!)and "Silence in the library"/"Forest of the dead" that are from season 4 because you can't understand certain things about season 5 and the current season 6 if you haven't watched those three episodes!

And thanks to you both.

I got them from a friend but you can try the infamous bay of the pirates...

Or watch them on streaming site? Email me if you need the specifics.

I'll email you after I get back from my kiddos house warming party so you can tell me how to stream them. Thank you.
