We went from snow to flooding. You can still see some snow piled up along the edge of the parking lot along Kelso Creek. This pic was take about 6 hours BEFORE flash flood warnings were issued. Where the bridge is used to be there was a culvert which sometimes got some debri in it and ended up flooding the mall parking lot and shops.

Luckily, I live on a hilltop.

That's crazy! I know it's been bitter cold in Saskatchewan and yet, it got warm enough a few days ago to freeze, so they have a lovely layer of ice over everything...

we had a little snow a few days ago but it's gone at ocean level. Andy came home for a week (the joys of working remotely means anyplace with good wifi can be a workplace) and we went out to a tree farm yesterday to get one. It was cooler up there but not even freezing where the ankle deep snow was. If anything,it's a drier autumn than usual up here. Didn't start wearing a proper rain jacket till about three weeks ago. Hopefully we luck out and don't have a bad fire season next year.
