Lots of dogs and cats have 'adopted' baby animals. My old Whippet, Solomon, adored kittens. Masq and Franklin are amused by and very curious about tiny livestock they see...

Of course deer are bad for getting too familiar with humans,etc. I would never want to domesticate one like they have done in the video.

The people obviously weaned a fawn away from its mother. Although there was a place in that vid where another yearling (possibly the twin of the 'domesticated' one) was just off the porch watching the other one with the dog.
