“Yeah, she tends to get upset about that. Sure. Come on.” Amanda took his hand, and left the room, leaving the CD player running. Vegita would later complain about hearing loss, but Amanda didn’t care. She was more focused on what she would do to Marius if she saw him again before the wedding. ‘Note to self: Dismantle OSIRIS.’

She was still rather shocked that Iggy hadn’t said anything about her ‘whore’ comment, and that he had refused to take back the ring after what she did, but she was glad he did. She didn’t deserve him.

“Iggy, promise me something.”

“Of course.”

“Don’t tell Vegita. Please.”

“Won’t he find out anyway? Y’know, your link?”

“There are still places he can’t access. I’ll relegate the memory there. Will you promise?”

“Sure.”

“Thank you. The Sayin laws on adultery are rather strict.” Soon they reached Tay’s room where Duncan, Mai, VJ and, of course, DBVG Amanda waiting.

“Hello, Sis,” said Amanda tersely.

“Sorry, Imooto-chan.”

“Let’s go in.” Amanda pressed the doorbell. There was no response. “Tay, it’s me.” Still no answer. “Tayliana Harusaki, if I find out you’ve got Kurama in there tied to your bed, even Joe couldn’t save you!”

“I don’t have Kura-chan.”

“Same threat if it’s Joey!”

“Mother, Duncan’s here!”

“Oh, heesh up, ya prude!” The door opened.

“You never let me have any fun.”

“Tay, you flirt worse than I do sometimes. Besides, I’m just teasing.”

“Come on in. So Iggy, you ready to battle?” Tay asked as Amanda’s wings wrapped around her so she could get in.

“Yep.”

“Follow me.” Once they reached Tay’s ring, Amanda kissed Iggy.

“For luck.”
