Jim. I would say, stop what you're doing right now, and read over that post. Think about what you just wrote. Really, really, think about it. Are you sure that's what you want to do? Are you sure that you want to ban J.T.? Are you sure you want to drum him out of the Syndicate? I don't think you are.

I think that what you're doing is a lame attempt at reparations with Joe. A VERY LAME ATTEMPT. You feel guilty that you have shirked your responsibilities, so you decided to take your guilty feelings out on the nearest possible target, which happens to be J.T.. I know that you two clash over many things.

I know that J.T. has irritated the hell out of you in the past. But are you willing to give him a clean slate? I don't think so. This post proves it.

I understand that sometimes, J.T. can be a hard person to get along with. He can be an arrogant, egotistical asshole at times. But you know what? SO ARE YOU, JIM! EVERY SINGLE FUCKING ONE OF US ON THIS MESSAGE BOARD ACTS LIKE AN ARROGANT, EGOTISTICAL ASSHOLE AT ONE TIME OR ANOTHER! I have, more than once. So has Iggy, Joe, Amanda, J.P., EVERYONE HAS! But do you try to kick them out? NO, YOU DON'T!

I found out what brought on this message by asking Joe. YOU WANT TO KNOW SOMETHING, JIM? He was only half serious, and HE WANTED YOU TO GET OFF HIS FUCKING CASE! YOU WOULDN'T LEAVE HIM ALONE! It was Joe's own decision to leave the Syndicate for a while, and you kept bugging him to re-join the Syndicate, instead of letting him MAKE HIS OWN DECISIONS! What kind of a leader is that? I asked him why he left the Syndicate, and he told me. I didn't pressure him to change his mind, no, I accepted his reasons and left it at that. But no, Mr. Glorious Leader can't let that happen. No, indeed, no one can leave the Syndicate unless YOU BOOT THEM OUT! WHAT KIND OF A GODDAMN FUCKING HYPOCRITE ARE YOU, JIM?!

Now, I want you to re-think what you wrote, Jim. I want you to sit down and re-think what you said. Do you have to take it back? It's up to you. But I want to think about it. Last time you tried this, Jim, the Syndicate basically collapsed. Now, you're trying to build the Syndicate back up, and you're kicking J.T. out again. Is this any way to re-build the Syndicate?

You say that J.T. is on a power trip. Maybe he is. He is acting like a bloody totalitarian dictator, but what's new there? He always has, and as Menkin has pointed out repeatedly, nine out of ten admins act that way. So? Menkin has pissed him off repeatedly, but J.T. hasn't banned Menkin yet, now has he? I will admit that he banned you for a short period of time, no question there, but still. J.T. banned Cyrus Marriner (Rowsdower) for reasons that I do not personally agree with, but I do also have to admit that Cyrus was never a member of the MST Syndicate, so therefore he really had no right to post here in the first place. Other than deleting the occasional post that he did not like, J.T. has not been a bad admin for this message board (which, might I add, is HIS, and he's only LENDING its use to the Syndicate at the moment, and he's not even doing that anymore, since you pissed him off last time. You have basically no authority here at all, Jim.) at all. Give him a bloody chance, Jim.

Perhaps it's time for me to sum up what I'm trying to say. J.T. and Jim, both of you need to SIT DOWN AND WORK THIS OUT. I AM FUCKING SICK OF ALL OF THIS INFIGHTING, I'M GODDAMNED TIRED OF ALL OF THIS "Boss-Mode" SHIT! ALL I WANT IS FOR US ALL TO JUST GET ALONG! Now, SIT DOWN, SHUT UP, and PLAY NICE, children.

The MST Syndicate is basically dead. It has fufuilled its non-existent purpose, let's bury the poor thing and move on. (tiredly) Enough with all of the infighting and not-getting-along-ness, all I want is for all of us to be able to talk here, and be friends. Is that too much to ask? Can we be mature enough beings to actually function without fights? (I don't mean without disagreements, they're healthy, I mean without fights, which are most often not.)
