Since He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named isn't allowed to post here, maybe this thread will stay civil and readable.

I know we all read at least a few of the other messages about how supposedly wonderful Bush is, how terrible Clinton was, and the few messages about how awful Bush is as a president (though I think the ones I read in that vein were mostly aimed at just making a certain person mad). Everybody knows I'm not really politically inclined, but I would really like to know, from Clinton supporters or anyone who looks at politicians on their own merits or flaws rather than their political party ...

What do you think made Bill Clinton a good president? And if he were still in office, how differently do you think things would be now, as regards the Iraq situation? Would 9/11 have still happened? Would we be at war now? I think you get the gist of what I'm asking, though I realize now it's a multi-part question lol

I'll be interested in seeing what everyone has to say.
