Subject: POW bracelet

I write for a small local paper and I'm doing an article on the Vietnam Homecoming. My friend, Peggy Kidney Mers wore a POW bracelet for years Lt. Col. James Hiteshew 3/11/1967. She let me borrow it to use in my article and I just thought it would be nice to contact Lt. Col Hiteshew and let him know that someone was praying for his return and how honored I would be to write his story. I hope his had a happy ending, I know that not all of our service men did. I am a mother of a Soldier, daughter of an Airman and daughter-in-law of a Marine
who served three tours of Vietnam.
