I received my bracelet in 1970, I was 18 at the time. All these years I have thought about and wondered about Capt. Ecklund. I assume he was never found since I have been unable to find his name on any database. I am so sorry for the pain his family must have suffered all these years. I would love to know anything at all about him. I no longer wear my bracelet but I keep it close and think of Capt. Ecklund often. I hope the family has found peace during all these years.
