Subject: Capt. John Fer

I have been going through some effects from my mother who passed away 2 years ago this month and found a POW bracelet with Captain John Fer's name on. I would be interested in hearing from him if he is willing to contact me. I served as a US Army Warrant Officer helicopter pilot in Viet Nam, for 2 and a half years.
