Subject: Information needed to support Agent Orange claim for V.A.

Seeking information to support my husband's V.A. claim for Agent Orange disability. My husband was on board the USS St. Paul in 1966 of the coast of Viet Nam. I need to know how close to shore the ship was anchored. My husband and fellow crew members states that the St. Paul was much closer to shore which exposed these guys to Agent Orange and they also got burned but Napalm that was being sprayed while the guys were on the deck of ship. I just need more help with backing up his claim.
