Subject: Looking for Unknown Medic

"Hey Sam, My brother served with 173rd ABN, LRPS, N Company Rangers Jan 68 - Jan 69. His last duty was on a FSB near LZ English. He has been trying to locate a medic that was from Rockford, IL. The NVA almost over run them. They had 1 KIA and several WIA. You seem to have a lot of contacts out your way, date was Nov. 3, 1969."
