 Im not sure if programs are different, but I have never had to call or tell anyone, including my CM, that I am going out of town as long as I test wherever I am if I am selected. If selected I then either go on the affinity website or call the customer service number and ask about nearest site to where I am. You can then select that site for the day. And of course Labcorp are everywhere so I haven't had difficulty finding one to test at.
