As part of my consent agreement, I had to have an evaluation by a drug & alcohol shrink. She wouldn't even let me have a copy of the report even though she was sending it to the BON.

And yes, there are some out there that would change it to their benefit. I'd be too afraid of being caught doing something along those lines, and then perhaps having my suspension even longer or my license even revoked.
