so wed night at work trying to eat and work at the same time and i get a piece of chicken caught in my throat I try to drink some water to wash it down does not work try to bring it back up does not work go to bed thinking it will work its way down NOT go to the er completely humilated they try glucogon did not work had to go to the or and they got it out on the bright side at least i did not have to report to the whole er i was in the vrp the doctor said my esphagus was so swollen and red that he took for biopsies cause he was not sure if this was why I choked or the result of having a piece of chicken caught in throat for 24 hours so hopefully its just because I am an overworked nurse who like most of us feels like she has to get it all done before the end of her shift. On a lighter not although this story is kind of funny when you think about it I hope everyone is doing good In particular Catmom I think and pray for you often that things will turn around for you and for everyone else you can complete this madness I did and when I look back I am just relieved I survived
