I have until this wednesday to make decision. I had surgery last week, better now.

I would love to have another evaluation but I don't know what doctor to pick, I am afraid I might find one that said "5 year contract only"

I am thinking maybe getting evaluated by IOP and having good reports to IPN might help my contract outcome

If dr chacko was still working I would have an eval with him, but he is no longer practicing. It is too bad my addiction md wasn't one of the evaluators.

Does any body have an suggestions of good doctors
