I truly understand how you are feeling. At times I feel the same with a wide range of emotions that change constantly from being depressed and sad, to being lonely, bitter, worthless, angry and at other times I still feel HOPE, so I do not give up.
Just take a little nap and reconsider your options. Tomorrow is another day. Come here and vent if you have too, We all understand completely. I hope you feel better soon.
