Being put on this list excluded me from any sort of job that I could have gotten with my education and experience, because it excludes you from any facility that takes federal funding (medicaid/medicare.) Wish I had known that to start with. It wasn't difficult to get off the list once I was reinstated. a letter and a phone call. More paperwork and HA was all on that part. There was someone one this board that didn't take it sitting down, they wrote a couple letters. I believe and outlined what their situation and their active steps to either keeping their license or getting it back. etc. SHE STAYED OFF THE LIST!!! I would say it would be worth a try!!!! you don't need this to prevent you from working if you are going to keep your license! Good luck and keep us posted!
