Been there - Done that.....

In Texas, one is automtically placed on the OIG list

( regardless of the reason ) if their license was voluntaily surrendered, suspended or revoked.

I got listed on there TWICE for the same offense because they choose to spread the love and use two seperate dates so that I would have to wait longer to get off - and it looks really bad......and it stays on there forever - it just shows your release date......
