I applaude your efforts in writing a book about your experiences. I believe that it is a side of things that needs to be told. I would love to read it someday!

However, I would use an assumed name. It's noble to put your name out there for the cause, but unfortunately not everyone is as forward thinking as nurses who have been through this crap. I'm afraid it might hinder you from future employment opportunities in nursing. I do agree with your assessments of AA...it totally sucks!
