This message board may not be the place...I've posted similar concerns...... it seems to me the nurses on this board are in the position of saving thier license by going through their board of nursing...quite different from you and me....that, at least for me, was not an option. I surrendered my licenses....asked and got a deferred sentence on my drug diversion charges....but, in Texas, I was automatically placed on the OIG list....effectively barring me from work..even though my State Board granted me my license.. So, Not knowing what state you are in...not sure how to respond.. Fight everything as best you can...you worked hard for your license....what happened does not define you..but how you respond to all this does!!!
