IPN coordinator Pat Falke along with the IPN director Ms. Smith have made attempts to influence the out come of a court ordered IPN evaluation. She at first only offered 3 Doctors that were not within driving distance. I have attached the letter of the referring physicians. Two of the 3 referred physician provided to me July 3rd 2014 were located in Gainesville Florida in the same office and the 3rd was located in Wellington Florida. After contacting the board of Nursing and Ms. Pat Falkey as well as the director of the IPN Ms. Smith I received 3 more names. Please keep in mind Ms. Falke insisted the first three were the only 3 approved in my area to do the evaluation. On July 10th 2014 Ms. Falke provided me with three more names; One physician in Coral Gables and Dr. Seely, in Weston and Dr. Star in Wellington. Dr. Star was one of the three original names referred to me.IPN counselors Doctor Shop, Word of advise do a physician license check on the professional license sight managed by MQA and the Department of Health and then check to see what facilities and trust they are associated with. Multiple physician's have been double dipping. Meaning despite we as individuals paying a "650.00" for an evaluation they have been collecting "grant funds pending the outcome of IPN evaluations. After a matter of doing a back and forth discussion with the DOH and the IPN I finally found my initial referral list from 2011 and went with a listed Doctor from that list. My appointment is today. I would like to believe their are a few IPN physicians with integrity and follow the oath they have taken but I can tell you for a fact without mentioning names two physicians mentioned in the blogs have collected funds from the DOH via grants. One individual was paid directly the other through his rehab facility and a third through a financial trust. If you are not able to do the research I recommend hiring a Private Investigator to do a back ground check before going to any IPN evaluation. The system has been compromised for years.
