And again, I say....if I was a murderer or a child molester, my record would be cleaner with the right amount of money. There is no justice in our system. It's corrupt and unfair. And the boards are the worst because they have absolutely NO obligation to be consistent or fair. Nor do they have to prove guilt or even prove a level of offense. The home pot smoker is just as bad as the cocaine addict selling their kids for a sniff...unless you have a money. And lots of it. They can lie, they can add incorrect info and they can submit an investigation that's as cheap and useless as the paper it's printed on...but that's all good. Because they are THE BOARD. And decades later, when they get someone 21 years old that knows how to use a computer, they can start creaming all the nurses they fucked over a decade or more earlier.....I hate the BON too Catmom. And all I can tell myself is that karma is a bitch and someday those legal and corrupt whores will have to answer to someone. I was told by an attorney that all of this is an attempt to "weed" us out. Interesting. Seeing how my caseworker was a self admitted recovering heroin addict. Oh, but wait, she was in the confidential program so she's all good. She gets to keep her job, keep her confidentiality and have nothing but happy facebook postings on her computer. Whatever. Yeah...as I've said 1000 times, United States, "fair and just", MY ASS. Put a little power in the wrong hands and you end up with a little group like ours trying to survive mentally, physically, financially and emotionally.
